X, Y and Z (Disclosure to the Security Service) [2016] EWHC 2400 (Fam)

A radicalisation case and the issue was whether there should be disclosure of information from family proceedings to the Security Service (MI5) and if so whether there should be any restrictions in place. MacDonald J decided that there should be disclosure in place but that there should be conditions attached and has set out a procedure for determining further applications by the Security Service in the event that they seek to vary the conditions in the future.
