We are pleased to announce that Gemma Neath has joined Chambers with immediate effect.

Gemma who qualified as a solicitor in 2009 was called to the Bar in 2024. Before joining 1GC Family Law, Gemma practiced at a prestigious solicitor’s firm for the last 11 years specialising in Care Proceedings. She was one of the firm’s in-house Solicitor-Advocates and has appeared in courts at all levels, representing parents, children and local authorities. She undertakes work in all areas of Public and Private Children Law.
