During this webinar, Julien Foster explored the appropriateness of intervention by the state in individuals’ decisions as to their sexual relations and the linked topic of decisions to marry. These areas of intimate relations are particularly pertinent during the current pandemic and Julien considered some of the difficulties thrown up by the public health crisis.
