Compensation claims for wives had fallen in popularity. Fresh life may now have been given to the subject by Moor J in the very recent case of RC v JC  [2020] EWHC 466. Joseph examined where the law now stands in relation to bringing a compensation claim. Will we be seeing more claims brought on this basis?
