Following on from the earlier reported decision in Re C (‘Parental Alienation’; Instruction of Expert) [2023] EWHC 345 in which the President discussed the Court's approach to allegations of parental alienation, Jessica Lee and Luke Eaton, instructed by TV Edwards, successfully argued that the appellant mother and the intervenor (the Association of Clinical Psychologists) should pay a significant share of the expert's costs of the appeal.
