Liz Andrews, instructed by Adeeba Naseem and Sanita Kaur of Duncan Lewis, successfully represented the applicant mother in committal proceedings. The father was found to have breached High Court orders which provided for the return of the child to this jurisdiction, as well as interim contact. The father was sentenced to 12 months’ imprisonment.
