The case concerned an application by the child’s fathers for permission to relocate with the child to a European country in the face of the mother’s opposition to that move and a cross-application for transfer of residence. The child had been the subject of earlier litigation (H v S (Surrogacy Agreement) [2015] EWFC 29); despite the expectation that contact between the child and her mother would progress beyond the contact-centre contact ordered in 2015, it had not done so. The Court granted the application for permission to remove the child and made orders regulating the exercise of parental responsibility.
