Jessica Lee (instructed by Keeley Lengthorn at RWK Solicitors) acted for the Defendant in Committal proceedings in the High Court.

The Committal for contempt in the face of the court included the assault of a Family Court Judge (in 2023), for which the Defendant is currently serving a three-year term of imprisonment.

Mr Justice Cobb determined that the Contempt in respect of the Defendant’s criminal conduct had been reflected by the prison sentence imposed by the Crown Court, and that the appropriate penalty for the remaining findings of Contempt was a consecutive term of five months imprisonment.
