In a case heard in the Court of Appeal, B (Secure Accommodation Order), Re (Rev 1) [2019] EWCA Civ 2025 Denise Gilling was part of the legal team who acted on behalf of the intervenors concerning an appeal refusing a secure accommodation order for a fifteen year old girl.  The case is an important decision which comprehensively analyses the law pertaining to secure accommodation orders.
