Deirdre Fottrell QC acted for the applicants and Tom Wilson acted for the third respondent in the recent case of AX and BX v Others. Two children aged 18 and 16 applied under the inherent jurisdiction to revoke adoption orders relating to them granted in 2011. Due to the ‘highly exceptional and very particular circumstances of this case’ the orders were revoked.
