Liz Andrews instructed by James Netto and Rosa Schofield of The International Family Law Group (IFLG), represented the respondent mother in a complex fact-finding hearing within the applicant father’s application for direct contact in Ukraine, made pursuant to Article 21 of the Hague Convention. A number of serious findings were made, including that the father orchestrated a violent, pre-meditated and planned abduction of the child, carried out with the use of a gun and masked accomplice.
