Judgment has now made public in the case of AA & 25 Ors (Children) (Rev 2) [2019] EWFC 64, in which Ruth Henke QC; Sarah Morgan QC and Darren Howe QC all appeared for adults wrongly alleged to be members of an organised paedophile ring.

Twenty five children were the subjects of fifteen sets of care proceedings, heard concurrently from January to April in 2019.

As noted by Sir Mark Hedley, this was "an unprecedently complex case", involving four local authorities, twenty four respondents and five intervenors, with twenty one of those being named as alleged perpetrators. There were 49 parties in all to these proceedings.
