At this complex fact-finding hearing involving the death of a child heard in the High Court by Mrs Justice Arbuthnot, the Court considered a number of allegations against the mother and Mr X (the mother’s partner). Significantly, after hearing evidence from multiple medical experts, the court determined that Mr X had caused fatal abusive head trauma to child B.
