Legal 500 recognises that Chambers has a well-respected practice Court of Protection practice that receives a steady flow of instructions from the Official Solicitor, NHS Trusts, family members and local authorities. The 'talented' team has expertise advising on cases concerning forced marriages and adults who lack capacity. They also note that we have a growing strength in advising on damages claims brought under the Human Rights Act arising from the unlawful deprivation of liberty.
