Chambers is delighted to announce that Malcolm Chisholm has been appointed to sit (part time) as a legal member of the Guernsey Mental Health Review Tribunal which safeguards individuals who are detained under or subject to an Order made under the Mental Health (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2010. In due course the tribunal will expand its remit to consider mental incapacity cases.

We are sure Malcolm will make an excellent addition to the Tribunal.
