Chambers is delighted to announce that Kiran Channa, has joined 1GC Family Law with immediate effect. Kiran joins us from New Court Chambers, she specialises in all areas of children law, with a particular focus on both public and private children law. Kiran has appeared at all levels of Court up to and including the High Court. Kiran was called to the bar in 2016. She completed her pupillage in 2020 after previously gaining extensive experience as a paralegal and volunteering for three months at The Women’s Legal Centre in Cape Town, where she specialised in advocating for the equal treatment of women in South Africa.
