Katherine Dunseath joins Chambers

Katherine was called in 2008 and her practice encompasses all areas of Family Law, she has a particular interest in family finance including TOLATA and schedule 1 claims, private law children work and jurisdictional cases. Katherine appears in courts at all levels and recently in the Supreme Court in Mills v Mills, relating to the proper approach to the variation of periodical payments orders made pursuant to s.31(7) MCA 1973 after the grant of a decree of divorce.

Katherine is a former member of 3PB Barristers and joins us at a very exciting time for Chambers.
