It may be reassuring to know that the ‘Staying at home’ requirements under the regime announced by the Government on 23 March 2020 do allow one separated parent to leave home to take their children to the home of the other parent. It seems therefore that shared care and ‘spend time with’ arrangements ordered by the court will continue.  Please see below for the link to the full guidance.
