Practice Overview
Monica is developing a broad practice across the full spectrum of Chambers’ expertise and welcomes instructions in all areas of family law. She is repeatedly instructed by solicitors, with outstanding testimonials from both lay clients, professional clients, and the judiciary.
Prior to joining 1GC, Monica worked as an in-house Advocate, at a London firm, conducting trials and hearings in county court civil matters. Monica has worked closely with a wide variety of clients and witnesses and has experience of conducting client conferences, witness handling, and drafting pleadings, advices and orders.
During her law degree Monica volunteered at the Bristol Law Clinic, working closely with qualified solicitors and advising lay clients on a range of common law matters and procedural issues.
