Eleri was recognised as International Family Lawyer of the Year at the Lexis Nexis Family Law Awards in November 2019 and received the IAFL European Chapter Young Lawyers Award in March 2020. During the first lockdown she spoke about what we know so far about what the future will hold for family finance cases both at home and across borders after the end of the Implementation Period on 31 December 2020 and offered some ideas for future planning. Here she looked at the impact of Brexit on children proceedings.
