In the current climate, where judicial time is severely limited and private law children cases are likely to be placed at the back of the queue in a growing court list, Julien and Richard provided an overview of ENE.  They explained how early neutral evaluation is an under-used but potentially advantageous tool, to assist in resolution of children cases.
