Henry successfully represented the children in a case, where Mr Justice Garrido held that: (a) the High Court has the power to implement a return order, under the inherent jurisdiction, for children with extant asylum claims, to be returned to safe third countries; and (b) previous Supreme Court authority in  G v G [2021] UKSC 9 to the contrary need not be followed on account of the shift in legal landscape since it was handed down.  Henry also represented the children, led by Sally Stone KC, in the welfare stage of the proceedings.
