Sarah Morgan QC and Steven Ashworth acted for the local authority in care proceedings involving allegations of radicalisation, including allegations that the father had travelled to Syria and fought alongside an Islamist terrorist group. The local authority successfully opposed an application by the Secretary of State for the Home Department to discharge third party disclosure orders made against her in relation to the information held about the parents.
