The first judgment explores complex issues at the intersection of family law, domestic abuse, child welfare, media freedom, and transparency in the Family Court. The second Judgment explores the issues of costs specifically relating to FP’s application for costs after RC was given permission to withdraw applications for child arrangements and parental responsibility orders.
