Tom Wilson acted for the children in PQ v RS and others (Legal Parenthood: Written Consent) [2019] EWFC 65, which concerned consent to legal parenthood where one parent was seeking to prevent the other from acquiring legal parenthood based on their behaviour. 

Mrs Justice Theis concluded by making a declaration of parentage in relation to both children in favour the applicant and, further, dismissed the first respondent's application for non-parentage.
