Matthew Fletcher, instructed by London Family Solicitor, acted for the applicant mother in an International Child Abduction case recently decided by Mrs Justice Judd CBEJ. The application concerned the summary return of two children, aged four and two, to Poland pursuant to the 1980 Hague Convention. The judge made the order for summary return and that no Article 13 (b) defence was established.
