F v M [2026] EWHC 239

Gemma Kelly, instructed by Freemans, represented the child at a High Court fact-finding hearing within an application by a father for access to his son, under Art 21 Hague Convention.

The mother alleged she had fled from her home country with the child because he had been subjected to sexual abuse whilst in the father’s care and that the father had been involved with the ‘Illuminati'.

The father alleged alienating behaviour. None of the mother’s allegations were made out, but the majority of the father’s were.
