Henry Lamb, instructed by Tony McGovern of Creighton and Partners, represented the children in the recent case of  AB v CD & Ors [2025] EWHC 1563 (Fam) where Mr. Justice Trowell considered the jurisdictional basis for making return orders for two children, one of whom was in the UK and the other was in Egypt.  During the course of the Judgment, Henry was praised by Mr Justice Trowell for his persistence in pushing against summary determination on the fact of the case.  The court has ordered further evidence so that a full welfare analysis can be made as to what is in the children’s best interests.
