The inquest into the death of Alexander Monson in Kenya finally returned a verdict of unlawful killing on the 28th June 2018. Francesca Wiley QC of 1GC|Family Law and Iain Daniels from Ely Place have assisted the family in Kenya for the last 3 years of proceedings. The magistrate signed warrants for the arrest of four police officers yesterday afternoon for the killing of Alexander.
