Siobhan F Kelly qualifies as an arbitrator for children matters

We are delighted to announce that Siobhan has successfully qualified as an arbitrator for children matters under the Institute of Family Law Arbitrators scheme. 

Siobhan is a leading junior and specialist family practitioner with extensive experience in all aspects of the law relating to children. Her main area of practice lies in acting for children, parents, and extended family members in public law proceedings. She is frequently instructed to represent young mothers within care proceedings.

Siobhan sits as both a recorder and a deputy district judge. 

We now have 12 qualified children arbitrators and 7 qualified finance arbitrators of whom 2 are dual qualified at 1GC Family Law, further strengthening our dispute resolution offering.
