Oliver Woolley has been appointed as Deputy District Judge.

We are pleased to share that Oliver Woolley has been appointed as Deputy District Judge. Oliver will sit within the civil and family jurisdiction on the South Eastern Circuit.

Oliver’s practice centres on disputes which relate to both financial and children matters following relationship breakdown. He has a particular interest in cases with an international element. Oliver also has significant expertise in Court of Protection work. He is dual-qualified, having been admitted to the New York State Bar in 2018 whilst spending a year working in the matrimonial department of a New York City law firm.

Deputy District Judges are appointed by the Lord Chancellor after a fair and open competition administered by the Judicial Appointments Commission.
