We are delighted to announce that, with the approval of the Senior President of Tribunals, Lord Justice Dingemans, Mark Rawcliffe has been appointed to sit as a Fee-Paid Judge of the First-Tier Tribunal, assigned to the Immigration and Asylum Chamber.

Mark will sit part-time in this role alongside his busy practice at the Bar.
