We are delighted to announce that Malcolm Chisholm has been appointed to a part-time post as a nominated judge of the Court of Protection. 

Janet Bazley QC comments "As well as his judicial skills as a part-time judge of the Mental Health Tribunal, Malcolm will bring to this role the considerable expertise he has as Counsel regularly instructed in Court of Protection work."

Malcolm will start sitting in November.
