Eleri Jones' article on 'Cross-border conflicts in the Courts' has been included in the International Family Law Journal. The article includes reference to her recent case of DX v JX [2022] EWFC 19 in which Eleri, instructed by Michelmores successfully argued that post-Brexit the English court retains jurisdiction to vary its own maintenance order if no international convention otherwise applies.
