Niamh Daly, instructed by Goodman Ray, acted for the father in the recent case of SA v AA [2023] EWHC 2016 in which the mother applied for inward return orders in respect of three children from Somaliland; and forced marriage and female genital mutilation protection orders in respect of one child. 

In this case the court also considered the application of Article 7 of the Hague Convention 1996 to Non-contracting States and the steps a party should take when seeking for a witness to give evidence from abroad.
