1GC|Family Law is delighted to announce that Fareha Choudhury has accepted an offer of tenancy.

Fareha was called in 1995 and her practice encompasses all areas of Family Law, with over 20 years’ experience in private and public law children work, as well as all aspects of family finance.

Fareha is frequently instructed in cases that feature the most serious allegations including serious non-accidental injury, radicalisation, forced marriage, domestic violence, child abuse and FII. She has a great deal of expertise in working with vulnerable adults and children. Fareha also provides advice and advocacy services in all aspects of family finance and has a great deal of expertise in complex cases involving high net worth individuals.  Fareha, who is often against Leading Counsel, has a reputation as a highly skilled advocate who works extremely hard to achieve the best possible result for her clients. Solicitors commend her for offering robust and conscientious representation. She also accepts instructions under the Direct Access scheme.
